Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle our Customer Support – Diagnostics function. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, especially in the healthcare or life sciences domain.

The role involves addressing and resolving customer queries, working closely with internal teams, and ensuring timely support to maintain our high standards of service delivery.


Who Can Apply?

We welcome:

  • Experienced Professionals: At least 0.5 year in diagnostics customer support or general customer service.
  • Freshers: Life Sciences graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in customer care.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Life Sciences background preferred).

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Patience and empathy in handling customer queries.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (no night shifts).
  • Collaborative mindset for working with internal teams.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with ticketing systems.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive – Diagnostics, you will:

  1. Handle Customer Queries
    • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or ticketing system.
    • Provide accurate and timely information regarding LifeCell’s services and processes.
  2. Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Coordinate with Sales, Laboratory, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
    • Ensure smooth communication flow between customers and the technical/service teams.
  3. Support External & Internal Stakeholders
    • Assist customers with order tracking, service updates, and troubleshooting.
    • Support internal team members in resolving service-related challenges.
  4. Maintain Service Quality
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer interactions.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ticketing system.

Work Schedule

  • Rotational Shifts (No Night Shifts):
    • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
    • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Work Days: 6 days per week
  • Weekly Off: Rotational (not fixed on weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹2.25 – ₹2.50 LPA
  • Take-home Salary: Approximately ₹16,000/month
  • Full Salary: Around ₹20,000/month (before deductions)
