💬 Role Overview

Join the Zomato process as a Chat Support Executive, where you’ll handle customer inquiries via live chat. You’ll assist users with their food orders, resolve concerns, and ensure they have a smooth experience on Zomato.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user queries through the chat platform

  • Assist with order tracking, delivery status, and payment concerns

  • Resolve complaints related to refunds, cancellations, and delays

  • Maintain a helpful and professional tone at all times

  • Follow company guidelines and standard chat procedures

  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

  • Escalate complex issues to the team lead when necessary


Who Can Apply?
