Position Overview
This is a full-time, permanent, remote role that involves handling outbound sales calls and managing customer relationships. You will be selling our broker-free property solutions, guiding clients through their buying/renting journey, and ensuring they understand the value of our services.
While it’s a sales-oriented position with set targets, you’ll have access to comprehensive training, supportive leadership, and performance incentives that reward your efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive at NoBroker, you will:
- Make Outbound Calls
- Initiate conversations with potential customers who have shown interest in property-related services.
- Follow a structured call process to identify needs, explain services, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Pitch Relevant Real Estate Services
- Clearly communicate how NoBroker’s solutions save time, money, and hassle compared to traditional broker models.
- Tailor your pitch to customer needs — whether it’s buying, selling, renting, or leasing property.
- Guide Customers Through the Process
- Assist clients in understanding property listings, service features, and payment options.
- Resolve doubts and provide step-by-step guidance until the transaction or service booking is complete.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Focus on not just quantity (number of calls) but also quality of conversions.
- Update CRM and Maintain Records
- Log every call, conversation outcome, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Keep records accurate and up to date for follow-ups and team reporting.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Adapt quickly to changing scripts, targets, and customer expectations.
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
Skills & Competencies Required
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — ability to explain benefits and close sales confidently
- Basic computer literacy — navigating CRM tools, emails, and online communication platforms
- Time management skills — meeting daily call and sales quotas without compromising quality
- Active listening — understanding customer needs before pitching a solution
- Negotiation skills — handling price objections and convincing customers to choose premium services
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 10th Pass
- Preferred: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate
- Fresh graduates and candidates from any academic background are welcome, provided they meet the language and communication requirements.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Work From Home — suitable for candidates from anywhere in India
- Must have:
- A laptop or desktop with functional microphone and camera
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional calls
Working Hours
- Shift: 9 hours/day
- Work Days: 6 days a week (weekends are mandatory)
- One rotational weekday off
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 (in-hand)
- Performance Incentives: Average ₹6,000/month (can be higher for top performers)
- Total Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month or more, depending on performance

Example Day in This Role
- 10:00 AM: Log into CRM, review assigned leads, prepare call plan
- 10:15 AM – 1:00 PM: Make outbound calls to new leads, pitch services, record responses
